i was sent these (the clementine ones) due to a computer glitch when trying to get something else. didnt open the package in case they needed to be returned, so hadnt tried one. but from long experience saw the dosage level and thought it would never be strong enough. the office people were extremely nice and sent out the stuff i was trying to get, but didnt require i return the clementine, (i mean she was really really nice, thank you so much) so i tried them. i really want to apologize for my assumption based on dose with these, bc they were effective, and i was surprised. not sure what it is about how these are made but these were a lot stronger than the dosage level indicates and im not sure why. but ive come back to get more and very, very sorry to the office staff for assuming these wouldnt be strong! dont know if this will be everyone's experience but the customer service was 100% and this particular item surprised me with its effectiveness. i have a very, -very- high tolerance to sleep stuff. maybe its the 'nano' part. either way, apologies and thanks to apotheca they sent me a good choice.
