Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Orders over $99 qualify for free USPS Priority Mail shipping. Orders placed before 1pm EST M-F will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1pm EST will ship the next business day.

Priority Mail will usually arrive within 2-3 business days but please be aware that during COVID the post office will not guarantee these delivery times.

USPS First Class Package Service is VERY SLOW right now and will arrive in 1-2 weeks (we suggest paying the extra few bucks for Priority Mail shipping or increasing your order to $99 or more to get free shipping)

UPS Overnight orders placed by 1pm EST M-F will ship same day and arrive next business day. UPS also does not guarantee their delivery times during COVID but they have been doing pretty good.

RETURNS

Store purchases:

  • Product with receipt must be returned to the store within 30 days of sale
  • Items being exchanged must be unopened and not damaged

Website Purchases: These are eligible for replacement or refund within 30 days from date of purchase. Please email hello@apotheca.org to discuss the return.

  • Any item returned without prior approval will not be eligible for refund.
  • Items being exchanged must be unopened and not damaged.
  • All returns are to be shipped back to us with appropriate tracking in place. We are not responsible for items returned, lost in transit and unable to be traced. Items shipped without secure wrapping and that are damaged in transit are not eligible for a refund.
  • Shipping costs on returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued in the form of check or reversal of original payment when possible. Credit Card refunds will be for the purchase price of the item less any interchange and/or processing fees associated with the original purchase transaction.
