Apotheca offers a convenient Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) option for customers who prefer to place orders online and pick them up at one of our retail locations.
Order Processing & Notifications
- After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that your purchase has been successfully submitted.
- Once your order has been prepared and is ready for pickup, you will receive a second email notification indicating that your order is ready for collection.
- We strive to prepare all BOPIS orders within one (1) hour; however, preparation times may vary depending on order volume, inventory availability, and store activity.
Pickup Requirements
To protect the security of all transactions and prevent unauthorized pickups, the following requirements must be met at the time of pickup:
- The name on the order must match the name on the payment method used for the purchase.
- The individual picking up the order must be the same person who placed the order and submitted payment.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of pickup.
- The photo ID must match both the order information and the payment information provided during checkout.
- Any physical credit or debit card used for payment must be presented at the time of pickup.
- The name on the payment card must match the government-issued ID and the name listed on the order.
Important Information
- Orders will not be released if the provided information does not match or if valid identification cannot be presented.
- Apotheca reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or hold any order that does not comply with this policy.
- Pickup availability and processing times may vary by location.
