Retail Store Manager - Battery Park, Asheville - Full Time

We are looking for a results driven retail manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in retail management. Store Manager’s responsibilities may include supervising assistant store managers.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to increase foot traffic
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Report on buying trends and customer needs
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
• Additional store manager duties as needed

Pay:

·         $17.50 per hour – minimum 45 hours per week (5 hours OT weekly) + 2% commission on Personal Sales + Monthly Manager Bous

·         Minimum $50,000 per year overall

Requirements include:

• Standing for Long periods (up to 8 hours or more).
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• General Housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, taking out trash).
• Must be 21 years of age or older to be considered.
